After reading multiple reviews around the internet on Safemart, I decided to buy an alarm from them. They exceeded my expectations! Every review I read said how outstanding their client service was, but I have to confess I was blown away. It is not ordinary these days that you find a company that no matter who you talk to is top notch!

Installation was a breeze, their site has numerous videos that walk you through every step. Their website in addition has such a lot of troubleshooting steps whether or not you get stuck.

Activation was quick and painless. Just had to make certain the strategy was talking to the monitoring station and then they answer any questions you might have when it comes to how it all works and walk you through the features.

The coolest feature of the strategy is the website and iPhone app! I love being competent to login to the web page and see a history of what doors are opened and when.. It will send me a push notification on my phone the alarm is armed/disarmed. To me this in truth takes the alarm to the next level.

In short I would perfectly commend Safemart!

SafeMart has the best product to go with the best individuals who genuinely care for the clients If after searching the websites “knowledge base” you still have a question the tech. people are there is They do not turn you away. Once you have installed your strategy they set up a date to check it out real time and give you more selective information on utilized If the date they make does not suit you no problem, they satisfy you, not them. It will be changed for you. After the tech. person and you are satisfied they give you 72 hours to play with it to become familar with arm/disarm and so on but they do not respond to alarms until the 72 hour amount of time is up. They tell you the date and time it goes live. To install additional sensors is easy… you have the install codes and the “knowledge Base” selective information is golden. any individual may do this. No strangers going through your home seeing everything you own, no waiting for the “installer” to show up. Be advised the XT scheme supports 40 sensors, more than such a good deal of others so you have room to elaborates I have since added heat rise/smoke sensors, more door/window sensors and a second touchpad in our bedroom.

I bought the wireless alarm strategy recently. I did everything over the phone and computer. Incredibly easy! I installed the entire scheme in just over an hour testing each factor as I went along. The whole experience – from ordering the right components; shipment; instructions; installation; scheme set-up – was as smooth as silk! The constituents come labeled to where they need to go and everything is already programmed into the schemes I commend this to everyone. The scheme itself is the most easygoing strategy I have ever used and it is not tied into your home line (wireless), so they can cut your phone lines all they want – you’re still protected. No messy drilling and pulling wires – everything is double stick tape. I will be adding components to my strategy – without a doubt!

After spending much time researching online and local alarm companies, I decided to go with Safemart based on both the positive feedback I’d read online and on the good vibe I got talking directly with their personnel. I originally called Safemart approximately one year prior to genuinely buying from them and decided to make the purchase after they gave me a courtesy call to inform me of a holiday rebate they had. I can say that I am extremely happy with their service, the product and their client support; they delivered everything they promised. I have already commended them to my friends and family.

Have had my strategy for a few months now and my faith has been restored in that SafeMart’s client service is

what you would love to get from all companies. They mean what they say and follow up on promises. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone that I have spoken to from Sales to Tech support has been more than helpfull

and have gone that extra mile to provide services that are very hard to find these days.

We switched to Safemart a year ago. Love the price, the simplicity, the client service. And I know for a fact that our house didn’t get robbed a couple months ago thanks to this notable strategies I highly recommend.

Doing business with SafeMart was the most easygoing and friendliest of most anyone I’ve done business with. The system came preconfigured and ready to mount in our home and business. Every thing worked as expected and installation was easy and painless. A great company with great client service.

I selected Safemart after extensive research, and understanding the technology. After ordering the Simon XT system, I couldn’t be more happy. I was competent to install myself, virtually 20 sensors, extra pad, and a movement sensor. The customer service was awesome, and they even called to make sure I was entirely happy with the systems If you’re looking for an inexpensive alarm system that offers the ability to monitor your system via iphone, ipad, or the computer, look no further. You won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t. Solid system for the people who aren’t tech geeks.

Purchased my system and have monitoring through Safemart. They pre-set the control panel and all I necessitated to do was install the sensors. Tech support helped me customize the system for my needs and desires. Got the auxillary touch pad, 13 window/door sensors, 2 smoke alarms, a water alarm, and 2 motions plus 13 months of monitoring for $950. Would definately work with them again.

Initially signed on with ADT. Their “free” system was useless for my house and I later changed to Safemart. Their hardware prices are about half of ADT’s, and you’ll need more hardware than you get with ADT’s “free” strategies No Smoke Alarm with them. Monthly monitor fee was $47/Mo with ADT, $19.95 with Safemart. I had a problem with weak cell phone signal, and Safemart promptly sent me a new system that works off a dissimilar network for FREE. Overall, very satisfied with them, so far. I had to say that because “you never know……”
